# 2 The Purchaser of the Property Must be available to Sign The Terms & Conditions the Evening of the Auction, The Terms can be signed in person or emailed, The New Owner of the Property must Pay 10% or a Flat Fee of what this Auction is advertised as, either by Pa. Check or Credit Card a 3% Fee will be charged if paid by c.c.
# 3 In Order to Qualify for Bidding Online you must Register, Fill out the Form Completely.
# 4 A $5000.00 Authorized Charge will be Processed to approve your account, if you are not the Successful Bidder we will Void the transaction,
# 5 Property Will Be Sold Subject To The Sellers Conformation.
# 6 Buyer Will Pay All the PA State & Local Transfer Taxes as well as the Closing Costs, Real Estate Taxes Will Be Prorated.
